NWhisper - It works for me after the upgrade. Does systemctl have any useful output? Is anything strange at the end of dmesg?

How are you suspending? As rdahlgren requests, can you manually try to suspend and post output of useful logs here?

I use the built-in suspend mechanism in KDE 4.12. The problem appeared on all my computers

After systemd downgrade (209-2 -> 208-11) suspend is working again.

Well, at least you have a temp. fix for now until upstream resolves the issue. Or you can disable KDE power management and hand control back to systemd. Also, if you are posting twice in a row, just edit your last post. If this thread is solved for now, edit first post with [SOLVED] at front as you have an answer to your question.
