When posting configs, code or command output, please use [ code ] tags https://bbs.archlinux.org/help.php#bbcode
like this
It makes the code more readable and - in case of longer listings - more convenient to scroll through.
I can't play it with mpv either, I get a 404.
Edit: Can you play this stream with anything, maybe under Windows? Where did you get this link from?

It is probably only accessible to logged in students/university workers or link is wrong/dead. Why are you using sudo mplayer?

Welcome to Arch Linux.
The primary problem seems to be a 404 error; the file cannot be found at the address you gave.
This really is not an Arch issue. On the off-chance that it is, please clean up your first post with BBCode code tags and provide a bit more clarity as to what you are trying to do, whether you can do it with other systems, etc... Aside from that, we've nothing on which to base our suggestions.
Edit: Okay, you beat me by one second. On Explorer means Windows. Can you ping the computer you are to which you are trying to attach? What if you try to use a browser to go to it? I am thinking you might be in a DNS jail, waiting for you to provide some kind of log on credentials. Perhaps you are even dealing with a Microsoft Active Directory issue.

Problem [SOLVED]
The command:
vlc rtsp://......
works.
And not: vlc mms://....
Thank you all for your quick response.

Great! Please do not forget to edit your first post, and change the thread title by adding [SOLVED] to the beginning of the title
