[SOLVED] mpd, ncmpcpp and lyrics
is there any way to fetch lyrics for the current song with ncmpcpp?
if yes, how?
i tried to search on internet but i couldn't find anything, that's why i'm asking here (hoping it's not the wrong section)

Thanks, i've removed ncmpcpp and installed ncmpcpp-git, and now lyrics works properly.
i was wondering, can i do something like

What exactly do you want: show cover art + info about currently playing song? In ncmpcpp, in system tray or ...?

It's ncurses, so I don't think images are possible, but you can try a GUI mpd client https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mpd#Graphical
