[solved] webkitgtk2 now is identical to webkitgtk, […]

I realized that webkitgtk2 is now identical to webkitgtk (or webkitgtk3, if you like), at least considering the version number, and they both depend on gstreamer in the 1.0 series (actually higher).
Now there is a problem with at least one package: Miro is incompatible with gstreamer1.0 – I know that miro has no maintainer anymore and that it was now pushed to the AUR as it is no longer working because of this update. Downgrading webkitgtk2 (2.2.5-2 => 1.10.2-8) made it work again, see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1389104 .

In this ticket https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32424 Jan de Groot points out that older programs using gtk2 will also use gstreamer0.1 which is the case with miro, cf. http://bugzilla.pculture.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19716

Now my actual question: Is the 1.10 line of webkitgtk2 no longer supported? Do no other programs depend on gstreamer0.10 but use gtk2/webkitgtk2? Is GTK2 as a whole unsupported already?
