Seblu's ARM goes back to august 31 2013, looking at https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit … -video-ati 1:7.2.0-1 is likely the oldest version you'll find there.
You may have to build the older versions yourself.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

What do you need the old versions for?

What Lone_Wolf said is absolutely correct. Howerver, it is absurd to want to install older versions of drivers because it would update with pacman -Syu anyway and moreover, they could be catastrophically unstable when you run them along with newer software. Also, some pakages may update it as a dependency anyway, so why bother.
If it is because the newer ones are not working or something, post that so that we can help you out with it.
