Laptop immediately resumes as soon as

I'm running into an issue where as soon as I suspend my laptop, it immediately resumes. The dmesg output at the time of suspend is as follows:

[ 247.519117] PM: suspend of devices complete after 1185.803 msecs
[ 247.519297] PM: late suspend of devices complete after 0.176 msecs
[ 247.532723] xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: System wakeup enabled by ACPI
[ 247.546008] PM: noirq suspend of devices complete after 26.712 msecs
[ 247.546290] ACPI: Preparing to enter system sleep state S3
[ 247.546693] PM: Saving platform NVS memory
[ 247.546695] Disabling non-boot CPUs ...
[ 247.547977] kvm: disabling virtualization on CPU1
[ 247.548055] smpboot: CPU 1 is now offline
[ 247.554389] ACPI: Low-level resume complete
[ 247.554448] PM: Restoring platform NVS memory
[ 247.554843] Enabling non-boot CPUs ...
[ 247.554883] x86: Booting SMP configuration:

It looks like it just immediately, without hesitation, just restarts.

Has anyone run into this before? My system is an Acer Chromebook C720

Thanks!
