Thinkpad x230 display issue

Hi there,
I recently bought a used thinkpad x230 and so I switched from debian to arch.
I noticed that my dispay uses can use up to 10 w when at 10‰ and I cant understand why.
I also noticed that the power consumption does not change according to the backlight level.
Do you have any idea why? Is it OK for my laptop? Thanks in advance

I'm using tlp, kernel 3.13.6-1-ck and this grub line in order to fix the backlight:
