[SOLVED] 'systemctl poweroff' is broken in system 210

my enviroment: A Thinkpad T410 with closed lid in a docking station with an external monitor and keyboard.

this problem should affect everyone with the same enviroment and version of systemd.
My System is by this moment up-to-date to the current stable release of archlinux. I use systemd 210-3 and this bug still resumes for this version.

This bug first came up by updating systemd from 208 to 210

Description:
When i am using my computer only by myself i am using the following command to shutdown:
systemctl poweroff

this worked fine until the update of systemd to the first version of 210. Since then i observe the following:
systemctl poweroff
gives the message:
---
Failed to execute operation: There's already a shutdown or sleep operation in progress
Failed to start poweroff.target: Access denied
---
This message comes up although i am the only logged-in user.

systemctl poweroff executed as root brings my computer into pseudo-suspend mode, but does not shutdown. I call it pseudo-suspend, because the next time i use the hardware button of the docking station while the pc is in this mode, the pc will shutdown instead of power on.

If i use the computer without docking station, everything works as expected, so this error only affects the described enviroment with a docking station.

Greetings
