I'm not sure when this started because I don't check the output of dmesg very often but I've noticed that at least with linux 3.13.6-1 I get an oops when devices are removed/disconnected, I also see an oops after resuming from suspend.
This doesn't seem to affect the system but it's not how things should work and I'm not sure what to make of this. Anyone else seeing the same?

It is not an oops (crash). It is just a warning.
