[SOLVED(partial)]USB device doesn't do anything at all when plugged in

I wanted to transfer a ~20GB file to another computer and plugged in my 32GB usb stick. Nothing happened.
I did udevadm monitor, when I plug it in, no lines appear. Gparted also doesnt show it.
When I plug another stick in, udev shows a bunch of lines and it works.
Why doesn't the 32GB stick work?
I can't show any logs as nothing seems to work.
It also doesn't work on my Fedora laptop and my dad's Windows pc.

Please help! I dont want to wait 1 hour for scp to copy that file over:(

So what makes you think it's somehow related to your Arch install? My initial reaction would be that your stick is simply defective.
