Kernel oops with kernel>3.13.5+nvidia using flashplugin and vdpau

Hello.

My hardware is:  Intel Xeon CPU E3-1230 V2 @ 3.30GHz on Asrock Z77 Extreme 3, with NVIDIA Corporation GK106 [GeForce GTX 660] (Gigabyte)

I always get a kernel oops while watching any flash video (youtube, for example), or watching a movie in my smplayer with vdpau encoding. Not instantly, usually after 1-3 minutes of watching. 3d game (tested in minecraft at 2560x1440 resolution) do not cause any trouble.
After that oops any browser fail to start and my machine will fail to reboot/poweroff .

here is my oops.

Can anybody confirm such behaviour?
