speakers suddenly stopped working, I checked the volume control and everything is turned up that should be and nothing is muted,
speakers work shortly then get muted,this happens to me on every startup ,i think its a snd-intel driver issue because im having the same issue with other gnu distributions
i need to reboot my box every time this issue happens to fix it

Would be nice to have some more info about your sound card, when does this happen, if it's related /caused by some operation you do, and if you have more than 1 device under "Play sound through" on sound settings.

thats happens after playing a video or mp3 file using amarok or youtube after that speakers works during 10 or 12 second then turns off

by the way ,i had this issue on a fresh arch gnome and recently on kubuntu even opensuse but not in windows

its not a hardware issue cause i have tested a bsd live cd and works fine

It is a hardware problem, a design flaw on snd_hda_intel
