Won't boot into the USB.
When I boot up on my laptop it will say:
Mission Operating System.
GRUB
But when I boot it will just say GRUB and there are no boot options.

Welcome to the forums.
I suggest you start of with giving this a read and following the configuration steps documented there. Should any issues still come up after that, please post the exact content of the relevant config files and/or log entries.
