Installing persistence arch linux on USB

Hi,
it's about 2 years that i'm working with arch, but but since i've seen Operating systems like Liberte and... i was wondering is there any way to make the arch linux be installed on USB as an persistence OS?
i've searched the bbs but there was no answer, and then i read the wiki but nope...
so if you have any idea that could help to do it i would be appreciated.
i just want to install arch linux on USB (not live os) and make it bootable on every computer

Re: Installing persistence arch linux on USB

If you're already on Arch, there's no need for the ISO at all. Just install to the USB drive like you would to any other drive.

Re: Installing persistence arch linux on USB

Ok, i've found a quick solution using VirtualMachine.
1. make a Virtual Hard Disk of your usb using this code: "# VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename [path]/usb.vmdk -rawdisk /dev/sdXY"
2. Install the system using This Wiki.
3. For maintaining the system use This one

this is ok, and i can use my usb every where in every computer. thanks every one smile)
