IBM W530 rfkill & bluetooth problem

Hi guys,

hope somebody can help me. Since a fwe weeks arch during startup failed to load / start rfkill switch. The message is present although if I'm disabling rfkill or unisntall it. Also if I blacklist the bluetooth module. The interesting thing is that the message is changing from time to time from rfkill1 to rfkill2 and back.

the output of: rfkill list all is following:

0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
      soft blocked: yes
      hard blocked: no

1: phy0: Wireless LAN
      soft blocked: no
      hard blocked: no

My goal is, to have a funtional bluetooth without the rfkill failed messages during startup and bluetooth should be disabled after startup and I can activate in gnome when it's needed. Big thanks.
