[SOLVED]Bluetooth pairs but: Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed

I've went through the wiki, everything seems to be set up correctly but it just refuses to connect to my Samsung S4 Google hasn't helped much at all either
What am I missing? Anyone?

It's working! After seeing this in dmesg:

[    5.567257] Bluetooth: HCI device and connection manager initialized
[    5.567265] Bluetooth: HCI socket layer initialized
[    5.567267] Bluetooth: L2CAP socket layer initialized
[    5.567286] Bluetooth: SCO socket layer initialized

I remembered seeing something about HCI when I was searching the packages for anything bluetooth, I did a quick pacman search for HCI and installed bluez-hid2hci
bluedevil still doesn't seem to do anything when I tell it to connect to my phone, but I can transfer files back and forth.
The only issue now is that anything I send from my phone to the computer is saved in /home instead of the folder I set in Configure Bluetooth, but I can live with that for now.

I don't know why but when I'm at a complete loss and finally give up to the fact that I have to ask for help........ I always seem to find the answer on my own lol
Hopefully my "thinking out load" here will help someone else

Tnx for the tip. I got the same error which was resolved by installing bluez-hid2hci. I must say blueman GUI would still fail, I had to connect through the [blueman] prompt..
