Custom kernel users: FHANDLE required for systemd >= 209

Per Lennart "you have to enable CONFIG_FHANDLE in your kernel to use systemd >= 209 successfully, otherwise udev won't find any devices".[0]

If you configure your own kernel or compile one from the AUR you probably should doublecheck your .config.

It appears that this setting is correct in both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the kernel (linux-3.13.5-1) in the Core repository. Also I suspect it might take a while for >209 to move from Testing into Core (209 made a lot of changes). So it should be a non-event for most users and not an immediate problem (unless you're using Testing, in which case you keep the pieces).
