EDIT:
Both libxcomposite and libxdamage are in testing only. Dummy packages for these must be put in current.
I will submit a bug report.

When trying to ignore the kdebase package the following message then appears:
:: kdebase-3.5.0-4: ignoring package upgrade (3.5.1-3)
error: cannot resolve dependencies for "wine":
"libxxf86dga" is not in the package set

Yeah, all that are because of xorg 7.0 still being at /testing... just wait for the dummy packages to appear... or enable /testing if you're brave enough...

That kdebase wasn't meant to go in extra. The same about the wine package.
This is fixed. Wait until your mirror sync.
Dummy package are just place holders (see libxext for example) so that packages in current/extra will be ready (dependency-wise) when xorg7 will move out of testing.

same problem here,
[root@tux rafal]# pacman -Syu

extra [----------------] 100% 230K 26.6K/s 00:00:08
community [----------------] 100% 42K 15.6K/s 00:00:02
error: cannot resolve dependencies for "kdebase":

[updated] changing current mirror solved the problem.

same problem here, any solution?
[root@tux rafal]# pacman -Syu :: Synchronizing package databases... current [----------------] 100% 49K 14.2K/s 00:00:03 extra [----------------] 100% 230K 26.6K/s 00:00:08 community [----------------] 100% 42K 15.6K/s 00:00:02 error: cannot resolve dependencies for "kdebase": "libxcomposite" is not in the package set
Yes, wait until your mirror is updated or switch to a more uptodate mirror.
You can also use
$ pacman -Syu --ignore=kdebase --ignore=wine
to upgrade the other packages.
