readonly root filesystem after suspend on thinkpad x230

A couple days ago my thinkpad started to refuse to connect to wifi if it had been suspended earlier. It turns out the root filesystem is mysteriously readonly. A reboot fixes the issue.

My root filesystem is ext4 on a crucial m4 ssd with the mount option to remount as readonly if errors (fsck found no error).

Any clue what's happening here ? Should I file a bug report ?

Re: readonly root filesystem after suspend on thinkpad x230

Found back my user account.

Checking filesystems, it seems the esp (efi system partition) is marked dirty, could it somehow trigger the errors=remount-ro option on the root filesystem when then laptop gets out of sleep ?

next time I have to reboot the computer I'll fix the dirty bit and report if the issue is still there.
