If you comment out fstab
in PCmanfm, icons appear when you click on these issues
specified directory '/run/media/arsen/Barahlo2' incorrect
Also installed in the system other hdd 1TB and 500 Gb, all of its parts(ntfs) are displayed without errors
If downgrade systemd 199* everything works

It is not entirely clear what your problem is. Have you tried mounting and accessing the drive in a shell?I really do not know anything about NFS, but have you considered recreating your NFS configuration? Downgrading systemd will inevitably break your system completely.
