Partition flagging in GPT disk on BIOS laptop

Hi,
I'm  about to install Arch only (no dual boot) on  a new, BIOS-based, laptop and plan on using GRUB.
I've used  GPARTED CD to create a GPT partition table and created the following 6 partitions: grub-bios, boot, /, var, swap, home.
Do I have to flag (in GPARTED) any of the first two partitions  with boot ir grub-bios flag prior to installation?

Thanks!

Re: Partition flagging in GPT disk on BIOS laptop

There is no need to do this, because the install scripts of GRUB and syslinux set the flag on the correct partition for you.
This is also relevant:

Some BIOS systems may have issues with GPT. See http://mjg59.dreamwidth.org/8035.html and http://rodsbooks.com/gdisk/bios.html for more info and possible workarounds.
