I solved my problem! I installed NetworkManager. I have always tried to use it, but it is not connected to the wifi point. Now I understood why. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … se_install
# systemctl stop dhcpcd.service

Please use [ code ] tags for the output of commands.
Also, while I don't use netctl, I think anyone who does would need to know what is in the profile for wlp4s0 to be able to help, as that is where the problem is.
I'd recommend (for diagnostic purposes) not using netctl, but rather following the manual connection steps on the wireless page of the wiki in order to pinpoint where the problem is.

Hello furious, welcome to Arch...
Firstly, please use code tags when posting lines of code
Secondly, there is probably a conflict in your system between two (or more) different networking solutions --- please post the output of:
systemctl --no-pager
EDIT: d'oh!
