My laptop fell and the screen broke. So I connected an old monitor to the VGA port, I use external monitors quite often but usually I plug them AFTER completing boot and login.
In this case to see Slim at all I plugin the monitor before switching on the computer.
The computer starts with external monitor in mirror mode, but after log-in the keyboard does not work correctly: CTRL+key combos do not work...
I am fairly confused, do anyone experienced anything similar? What can I try?
