(SOLVED) error "invalid or corrupted package"

I'm trying to install `amarok` package using :

sudo pacman -S amarok

After downloading that, it geos to install that package but gets me below error :

(3/3) checking keys in keyring                           [##############################] 100%
(3/3) checking package integrity                         [##############################] 100%

error: failed to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted package)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Any helps would be appreciated.

Also, did you update your databases before installing?

This is your final warning. The wiki seems to "solve" a lot of your issues. Rather than being a help vampire, why don't you try searching before posting? That is why we have a wiki.
