Hi all,
I recently upgraded my Motherboard and CPU and I've been having display issues.
First of all, the bios splash screen does not display until AFTER the computer boots into an OS and then I reboot. It has an integrated GPU, but I have it disabled and have selected my discrete GPU as the primary one in the bios
The second issue is that I randomly lose video signal after some use. I'll watch a video or browse the web, and all of a sudden my monitor loses signal. This isn't an Arch issue, as this also happens on my other operating systems.
The specs are as follows:
GIGABYTE GA-B85-HD3
Intel i5 4760 @ 3.4Ghz
Geforce GTX 550 ti
8 GB DDR3 RAM
3 120GB SSDs
650w corsair power supply
Anyone have an idea on what the issue might be? Thanks!
EDIT: I must have put something in wrong. I went back and reconnected all my components and it's fine now.
