Converting 2 ext4 partitions into 1 btrfs partition.

I currently have two ext4 partitions, one for root, which is 15gb, and one for /home, which is 217.9gb. I also have two partitions for Windows. I would like to start using btrfs (I am aware it is considered experimental, and I have no important data on my hard drive that has not been backed up). What is the recommended way of converting the 2 ext4 partitions into a single btrfs partition without losing my data or affecting my Windows partitions? (I use GRUB/BIOS as my bootloader)

Copy your data, delete the partitions, make a new btrfs partition, copy your data over. You can put grub on a btrfs boot partition as long as there is enough space before the first partition begins (I have 5 MB before the first partition).
