I'm currently having two issues with firefox. Note that I am using the emacs key theme.
1. When I am in a text box and press control-w to close the window, it does nothing. I have the extension Customizable Shortcuts enabled, but the issue occurs regardless of whether or not it's enabled. This I have no idea how to even approach and google comes up with nothing, so a point in the correct direction (or even any direction) would be very helpful.
2. Just in Firefox, control-a moves the cursor to the beginning of the line. I was having this issue with all apps but fixed it here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=181962. However, in Firefox the problem persists. In order to try to fix it, I downloaded the extension Customizable Shortcuts as the wiki suggests (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ke … ts#Firefox), only to find that it has control-a for select all already. I just perused about:config but didn't find anything useful; however, it's always possible that I missed something.
Does anyone know what could be causing these issues or have a possible solution?
Please let me know if I should provide any additional information. Thanks a lot.
