[SOLVED] Error 8B2C (Power Management) at boot

Hello all, During the boot of my system I get this error everytime

Error for wireless request "Set Power Management" (8B2C) :
    SET failed on device wlp2s0 ; Operation not permitted.

I have a Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter.
I  believe the driver "ath9k" is starting at boot but am not sure if it's working properly or missing a dependency.

Also, this is the output when I run

# iw dev wlp2s0 set power_save on
command failed: Operation not supported (-95)

Edit: Just wanted to add this last output just in case it helps

$ cat /sys/module/pcie_aspm/parameters/policy
[default] performance powersave

which according to the Wiki "Either [default] or [powersave] means you do not need to force it on"

Help?
