Crashplan tray icon?

I have crashplan installed from the AUR and it is working as expected, except that I'm pretty sure there should be an icon in my system tray for it.  I use xmonad, xmobar, and trayer, and no icon for crashplan shows up in the tray.  Icons for other programs do show up there, such as skype and pasystray.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Re: Crashplan tray icon?

So, according to Code42, there is no system tray icon for Linux as of now.

@0112358

Can you post the source of Code42's statement?

Re: Crashplan tray icon?

@orschiro

This is what I received from their customer support:

"Thanks for contacting Code42 support today about CrashPlan.

Unfortunately, at this time and CrashPlan version 3.6.3, we do not have a CrashPlan tray icon for Linux.

Thanks, and I will make sure that I put in for a future feature request."

Re: Crashplan tray icon?

Thanks. I was asking for it because I remembered a ticket in their support forum about this. However, I cannot find it anymore.
