I have read the wiki pages about cpufreq and other recommendations, also this forum topics.
but i could'nt fix it and still cpu temp is increasing and fan spin faster...
lm-sensor does not detect so many item for my laptop :
coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 0: +38.0°C (high = +95.0°C, crit = +105.0°C)
Core 2: +45.0°C (high = +95.0°C, crit = +105.0°C)
the cpupower output :
cpupower frequency-info
analyzing CPU 0:
driver: acpi-cpufreq
CPUs which run at the same hardware frequency: 0
CPUs which need to have their frequency coordinated by software: 0
maximum transition latency: 10.0 us.
hardware limits: 1.20 GHz - 2.67 GHz
available frequency steps: 2.67 GHz, 2.67 GHz, 2.53 GHz, 2.40 GHz, 2.27 GHz, 2.13 GHz, 2.00 GHz, 1.87 GHz, 1.73 GHz, 1.60 GHz, 1.47 GHz, 1.33 GHz, 1.20 GHz
available cpufreq governors: powersave, ondemand, performance
current policy: frequency should be within 1.20 GHz and 2.67 GHz.
The governor "powersave" may decide which speed to use
within this range.
current CPU frequency is 1.20 GHz.
boost state support:
Supported: yes
Active: yes
25500 MHz max turbo 4 active cores
25500 MHz max turbo 3 active cores
25500 MHz max turbo 2 active cores

i set governor manualy to powersave but this have no reasonable effect to temp.
With a ATI HD6470M with proprietary driver even low load on i3. plz help

Hi,
I can not help you a lot, but I just have a suggestion. Have you try to clean the inside of your laptop. After a while you can have big piece of dust blocking the fan (when it happen, blowing in it is not enough)
Is this a fresh install?
Cheers

Yes! I have arch linux before that in a dual boot with win7 and no problem there! Cpu working with a low temp and a slow fan BUT after i completely removed win7 and repartioned my hard with GPT and install a fresh install of arch now with 3.14.4-1-ARCH kernel evel with this load :
cat /proc/loadavg
0.13 0.10 0.07 1/193 1850
cpu temp is around 50!!
i7z :
Cpu speed from cpuinfo 2659.00Mhz
cpuinfo might be wrong if cpufreq is enabled. To guess correctly try estimating via tsc
Linux's inbuilt cpu_khz code emulated now
True Frequency (without accounting Turbo) 2659 MHz
CPU Multiplier 20x || Bus clock frequency (BCLK) 132.95 MHz
Socket [0] - [physical cores=2, logical cores=4, max online cores ever=2]
TURBO ENABLED on 2 Cores, Hyper Threading ON
Max Frequency without considering Turbo 2791.95 MHz (132.95 x [21])
Max TURBO Multiplier (if Enabled) with 1/2/3/4 Cores is 22x/22x/0x/0x
Real Current Frequency 1426.97 MHz [132.95 x 10.73] (Max of below)
Core [core-id] :Actual Freq (Mult.) C0% Halt(C1)% C3 % C6 % Temp VCore
Core 1 [0]: 1352.25 (10.17x) 2.62 3.81 7.7 92.2 41 0.0000
Core 2 [1]: 1367.17 (10.28x) 2.12 2.42 1.79 99.7 49 0.0000
C0 = Processor running without halting
C1 = Processor running with halts (States >C0 are power saver modes with cores idling)
C3 = Cores running with PLL turned off and core cache turned off
C6, C7 = Everything in C3 + core state saved to last level cache, C7 is deeper than C6
Above values in table are in percentage over the last 1 sec
[core-id] refers to core-id number in /proc/cpuinfo

mmmm, It look like you cpu should not over heat.
When your laptop is hot, which temperature lm-sensor report? Have you managed to monitor your graphics card?
AMD arch wiki
It look like your cpu should not overheat so maybe it is the gpu! Other people had gpu issues ati overheat
I would also try to clean the fans.
good luck
