Cannot boot: Failed to mount POSIX Message Queue File System

Since yesterday my laptop is unable to boot.

The boot Messages say something like that:

[FAILED] Failed to mount POSIX Message Queue File System.
[FAILED] Failed to mount Huge Pages File System.
[FAILED] Failed to mount Debug File System.
[FAILED] Failed to start Remount Root an Kernel File Systems.
[FAILED] Failed to mount Configuration File System.
[FAILED] Failed to mount /tmp.
[FAILED] Failed to mount Configuration File System.

Then the system tells me that I am in an emergency terminal, but I am unable to do anything.

I tried the solution described here, but as I tried to downgrade systemd pacman refuses the Update with the following errors:
