ML-2010 USB printer not recognized by Cups

I am a bit crazy by lost connection with my long time reliably functional printer. All the configs seem OK, all needed packages including splix was deleted and reinstalled again, blacklisting of usblp have no effect (as mentioned in the Cups wiki section). The printer is correctly recognized by lsusb on existing bus device (checked in /dev/bus/usb), neither devices nor files have mismatched privileges. Simply what was functional have fallen into disfunction. Are there any ideas of putting the printer to function again? No printing both form desktop PC and my two Thinkpads with Arch installations on all of them. Printer is selftest capable, no mechanical demage of ports or USB cable was detected. As I said, crazy...
