[Solved] Unable to find root device

I am having same problem as here but on reinstalling kernel i get
Building imagr from preset: /etc/mkinitcpio.d/linux.preset default etc
Invalid config: No hooks found
my kernel is 3.14.5-1 the latest one

I don't know just when i booted my system i saw error on finding root device how can i fix this file which lines should i uncomment?
