Do you know if your laptop has a dedicated graphics card? Without one, I would expect it to run slow on Linux. Intel drivers for Linux still lack behind Windows.

Looking at the lspci output, there is only one entry for VGA/3D controllers:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 02)

There isn't an active discrete GPU.

@Rodrigo Lopez: If you don't have a dedicated card, then you're out of luck, as Hspasta says.

Claire is fine.
Problems? I have dysgraphia, so clear and concise please.

Yes, this model off laptop don't have an a dedicate gpu card, has only a onboard vga card. So I'm out of luck xD
I thought it was possible because I ever played this game on my windows, so I don't know.
In arch everything works better... but not my VGA/3D controller.
Well thanks a lot.

Wait, I can play Dota with reasonable performance on my Core i5 + Intel HD 4000 graphics, what Intel CPU is that?
