CHMSee and XulRunner - unable to resolve dependencies.

CHMSee is unable to upgrade, again, because it requires xulrunner < 30 and the new xulrunner = 30.0.  I recall this situation happening before.  I can't be bothered this time, I uninstalled CHMSee and installed xCHM.
