sarah31 was a long time Arch user (and developer at some point). She tended to be very.... gruff... with users who acted 'noobish'.
IIRC She ended up leaving the linux scene for a Mac.

I can't believe Dusty hasn't gotten on this thread yet.
Sarah31 was very enthused about Arch at one point and made great efforts to make newcomers feel welcome. She participated on other, non-Arch forums and made efforts to let others know about it.
Afterwards, there were some issues (I don't know the details) and she lost her enthusiasm.
I still want to see what Dusty says.
