I just installed xfce-svn from Shadowhand's repos. And it all runs awesomely nice and all sweet stuff like that. I started up an urxvt terminal, which read fine from .Xdefaults and turned on all the purdy little colors and tinting.
However, at some point, while I was playing around in Settings Manager, most likely, it seems to have stopped reading from that file. The urxvt terminal I opened after closing settings manager (I was pretty much in all the settings dialogs), and started another one, it loaded up a default, ugly, black-on-white-look-at-my-fugly-scrollbar urxvt.
I have no idea what happened. I tried running it from a terminal to see if I got any errors, but none reported.
Any suggestions? (no, I won't use Terminal, I like urxvt)
Thanks.
Update: Uh, it all works now, after a reboot. I have no idea why. Probably some setting loaded into memory after playing around in the settings.
