OATH TOTP or HOTP auth for SSH?

Hey,

Has anyone set this up on Arch? Like so many others, this seems to be a pretty arcane setup and it's hard to find good documentation on it.

oath-toolkit is in the repos at least.

I tried to set this up for SSH with the documentation from http://www.nongnu.org/oath-toolkit/pam_oath.html but I didn't get it working, I couldn't successfully auth no matter what I tried. I don't know enough about PAM to figure out how the configs should be set up on Arch, adding that stuff to /etc/pam.d/sshd doesn't seem to be sufficient.
