E1000e Broken Kernel 3.15

I' m having some issues when upgrading to 3.15. My on-board NIC doesn't work any more. It's a Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 with a Intel  82579LM Gigabit chip.

I can't get an address via DHCP. DHCPDISCOVER packets are sent, but no DHCPOFFERS are received by the NIC. My router is sending the DHCPOFFER's but the NIC never receives it. I've confirmed this with tcpdump

Setting an IP manually results in a connection, but it's completely unusable. I can ping my router and resolve addresses, but any attempt to transfer data results in very slow performance.

I've tried a brand new install of Arch with 3.15 and the results are the same. I've added the debug logging to the e1000e module but nothing comes up in the logs to show anything is wrong. Tried adding debug logging to the Kernel command line and nothing comes out as wrong.

Also tried disabling the SmartPowerDown options too and nothing changes.

Looking at modinfo for e1000e versions are the same for 3.14 and 3.15. I've tried to compile the latest driver from Intel but it will not compile against 3.15.

Not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

Turns out that something in 3.15 doesn't like how far I had over-clocked my PC. Put everything to stock and is all good now. Probably should of done that first!
