Armada E500 - kernel panic after booting the kernel

hi all
i get kernel panic after booting the kernel
armada boots dsl and kubuntu 9
what to do?

This looks like a rather old gear, P3 850 MHz and 128 MB of RAM?

It meets the System Requirements, though I thought minimum RAM was higher.


But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.

it shoud run and there is 128mb ram
i only need it for light dev environment and ssh client for my rpi
