Would you mind pointing me to where you found the solution because I'm having this problem and after searching these forums I have done what the posts suggest but still get this error.

*EDIT* Nevermind, I must have ate too much ice cream and had a brain freeze. I created an audio group and was trying to give sound permissions to the sound group that didn't exist.LOL
