information on the server side of deltaup?

i'm trying to combine the torrent abilities of p2pacman with delta updates. for this I'll have to run my own arch server to start but I can't find any info on setting up delta up on the server side only client info. is there a git hub or something I can look at?

Some mirrors are reportedly using deltas https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mirrors#France If you can contact people who run them, maybe they will share some info or explain something.
