After last upgrade, I have problem with Xorg and startx. The error is "No devices detected.". I tried to reinstall xorg-server and driver intel/nvidia (I have the optimus technology). I tried to do the suggestion present on Arch wiki with the optimus technology in presence of this error. I tried to regenerate the conf file with command
# X -configure
I tried almost every thing suggested on this forum, but the result is the same : "No devices detected.". Can you help me, please? I don't want reinstall the entire O.S.
I see that the file 10-monitor.conf is missing? I don't know, if it's important

It states here, you should specify busid. Try changing your xorg.conf to the one on the wiki or simply try disabling your xorg.conf.
The error here is 'No devices detected.', 'no screens found' is just follow up. What do you mean by "S.O."?

I'm sorry with the S.O. I want say O.S. (operative system), I said it in italian way . So, I tried to change my xorg.conf, following the result is the same :"No devices detected". What means "disabling xorg.conf"?

Move xorg.conf so that it is not read (disattivare):
sudo mv /etc/X11/xorg.conf{,.disabled}
It is better to ask, since some people have exotic hardware and S.O. might have stood for something special instead of operating system.

So I disabled the xorg.conf. At this point I must reinstall all xorg?

Why? You just disabled a configuration file. You do not need to reinstall anything. You can simply reboot and try to startx (even without rebooting).
Do you use elinks or similar to post here? Or another computer?
What is the content of ~/.xinitrc?

So I disabled the xorg.conf and I tried to start X again but I have an another error:

And using the xorg.conf on the wiki as template did also not help (not only busid)? If no, then I am out of ideas for now, other than using intel gpu instead of the nvidia one.
By the way, I think you want the export line before openbox:
export GTK2_RC_FILES="$HOME/.gtkrc-2.0"
exec openbox-session
To enable xorg.conf back run:
sudo mv /etc/X11/xorg.conf{.disabled,}
