Nvidia optimus way to hot when using primusrun

Hi, I'm using a nvidia optimus setup and when i play a game like skyrim (settings in medium, no AA only FXAA, no reflections) with:

 primusrun playonlinux

After 30m of playing the "w" key starts to feel really hot even when i use my cooling pad.
After i upgrade from a certain nvidia driver (not sure which one) i noticed with each update my laptop tend to become more hot when playing.
Before this updates i could play skyrim with settings on high and I didn't even almost feel the heat from the laptop.
Now i noticed that if i play with

optirun playonlinux

i can play it fine no "laptop getting hot" stuff happens...but the game feels slower (because im using VirtualGL with optirun probably). So i wanted to know if there is some way to play with primusrun without i almost burn my finger smile.

My setup is:
Laptop Samsung NP550P5C-S03
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM (2,4 GHz) com 6 MB de Cache (3,4 Ghz Turbo Boost)Intel® HM76
Graphic Card: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M Graphics with 2GB gDDR3 Graphic Memory (Optimus™)
Ports:VGA x 1, HDMI x 1,USB3.0 x 2, USB2.0 x 2 (Sleep-and-Charge),3-in-1 (SD, SDHC, SDXC) Multi-media Card Reader,Headphone out x 1,Mic-in x 1,RJ45 (LAN) x 1,DC-in x 1
Board: NP550P5C-S03 (this is what i get with hardinfo) :s
Power: 6 Cell (56Wh), AC Adapter: 90W
Hard Drive: 1000GB S-ATAⅡ Hard Drive (5400RPM) with ExpressCache 8GB

Thanks in advance smile

EDIT1: I did some more test with more games like urbanterror and 30m afterwards my pc is hot even with optirun after all
