bitlbee-skype-displayname-patch

BitlBee with skype protocol patch to properly handle full/display names.

When setting up BitlBee with skype I had some issues with nick names for %full_name format.

• it did work only for offline contacts

• I wanted to use display names you can attach in skype itself (so they are cross client)

So I've hacked a simple patch taking care of that, also you now see "Display Name" in output of "info" command.
