I've installed gnupg, kgpg and make a new key.
I've used it for days, then someday it become error to decrypt like this

It seems like you have a corrupted wallet file. Go to ~/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet/ and delete the old .kwl file, kwallet will create a new one at next login. (By the way, I hope you have a backup all data in the wallet will be unrecoverable).
