Systemd can't wont start.

I really don't know how to explain this.
Today I choose to log on lxqt instead of normal plasma session to grab some files before running to work. And I noticed that there was no shell on my terminal emulator, but I had to run and shutdown the pc.
This afternoon that I came back from work I  could not log into any graphical session, lightdm just freezes and the console after a few minutes was complaining about out of memory and try without succeeding to kill lightdm. Then I boot into single user mode to try to find what was causing the problem, disabling lightdm, NetworkManager, prelink and preload. But then it started to complain about soft lockups errors on kswapd and hanging just for trying to log on console as any user.

Re: Systemd can't wont start.

Maybe your kernel was upgraded which caused a bug with the CPU?

Also, that *looks* like an indication of broken hardware.

Re: Systemd can't wont start.

My bet it is a broken memory chip. Run RAM checker either from your BIOS/EFI or from ARCH Live USB.
