login hangs. pam_systemd(login:session): Failed to create session

Hi,

I experience a delay when I try to log on for the first time after rebooting my computer. My log file has this line:

Jul 27 17:41:44 COMPNAME login[450]: pam_systemd(login:session): Failed to create session: Connection timed out

Google-fu has yielded similar issues, but they seem to be related more to ssh, and seem to have gone away with an update. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/39207

I'm at a bit of a loss where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
