aMSN(free open source MSN Messenger clone) allowed one to store web-cam sessions, but saved those into cam files. There is an utility called mimic2rgb which allows one to convert those cam files into RGB video stream. At some point, there even were some Debian packages around(mimic-tools1.0.1.deb) which contained the mimic2rgb utility. However, at the moment, all the download links seem to be dead and I wasn't able to find the source package(mimictools-1.0.1.tar.gz) nor the Debian package(mimic-tools1.0.1.deb). Maybe someone is better at googling than I am Or maybe someone happens to have this utility around?
