Linux 3.15.7-1: drm/i915, *ERROR* failed to train DP, aborting

A while back I was having issues where it took a while before my external monitors on my Dell e7440 came up.
The kernel logging showed "[drm:intel_dp_complete_link_train] *ERROR* failed to train DP, aborting" errors. That issue was fixed in the 3.15 release.
After the latest kernel update (3.15.7-1) this issue came back.

Is this the right place to report this?

This bug has been affecting me for months now.  Can't remember if I logged it against the drive upstream or not... Pretty sure I did.  Can't search from my phone but will later.
